Spectrum Health Delivery System Campaign

Real stories that come from the heart... for the heart.

Spectrum Health is the largest healthcare provider in Grand Rapids. With a reputation for expertise and leading resources, like many large institutions they could sometimes be perceived as too big or impersonal. We created this heart and stroke service line campaign to show the personal side of Spectrum Health. Using a patient testimonial format, we crafted stories based on interviews with 5 patients in their own words. The standout from these interviews was Tom and John, twin brothers living in different cities who were diagnosed with the same heart rhythm disorder at the same time!

 

This integrated campaign ran in TV, radio, print, and outdoor formats as well as digital executions including a microsite, digital banners, and mobile executions. In addition to helping create a record bump in new heart patient inquiries, this campaign was also extremely successful at awards shows, campaign elements winning gold and silver at the 2019 Healthcare Marketing Awards as well as Gold, Silver and Bronze at the 2019 Telly Awards.
