While I was at Ace Hardware, I wrote copy guidelines for many of the brands under the Ace umbrella. These brand guidelines were useful for establishing the tone of the brand across different types of communications, including print, digital, social, for both internal and external audiences.
In addition to setting the framework for the brand, I also provided examples so users could see how the brand communicated in each channel. Retailers and partners were grateful for the detail in these guides, which allowed for stronger communications with less revisions after review.
